35 Best Videogame Stories Ever

JunkExplorer: The video games are not meant to be played but they features stories and histories. when a game developer manages to plan a novel game-play surroundings and a solid of characters United Nations agency fill the roles of protagonists and antagonists, whereas at constant time weaving a story therefore solid that it rivals a flick, what you finish up with may be a huge recreation price for constant worth you would possibly buy a typical game. What is Skyrim even doing in this list?

But that's the truth, any top something will always be read, even if it doesn't make any sense.

Skyrims story is not its best feature lets just say that.

Skyrim is about the adventure if you focus on it you just get annoyed that they bowed a lot off Game of Thones

I thought Skyrim's story was actually one of the worst I've ever played. Fun game, but the main quest basically told me there were dragons and dragons aren't good. Go kill the head dragon. So I did.

AC2? It was better than AC1 but to included it in the best stories ever is a bit much. If your going to take an AC game AC:B was a better story. It was much more refined and it didn't have some ludicrous B movie twists (I laughed at AC2's ending. It was really dumb). AC:B's ending shocked me

I think AC overall has quite an expansive story, which is considered one of the greats

Not sure why God of War is on the list though. Cliche story with little to no character development.

Was this article auto-translated from another language? I try not to be a grammar Nazi with people's comments because of phone typing and auto correct. But if you are writing a blog or article it's your baby. Have some respect for your work and proofread!

My data cap isn't big enough to read this entire 35 page article... I guess I'll never know if Archie picked Veronica or Betty :-(

I've been playing World of Warcraft for almost 10 years, now. Seeing it on a "Best Stories" list made me do a double take. I can barely remember anything that's happened. It's completely forgettable.

I was glad to see some classics on this list, but how can you possibly keep Xenogears off? That game had a bigger, deeper, and more ambitious story than just about any game ever created. And although it was confusing at first, a little digging into the lore revealed a really profound story.

where is enslaved:odyssey to the west? honestly, there were some mad feels in that game. Ninja Theory knows how to write their stories.

world of Warcraft shouldn't be in this list it does'nt have any storyline

35 pages? No, thanks.

Can't support sites farming for hits this way. At least put a couple of games on each page, don't make me click through 35 pages.

The "junk" in the site name is appropriate.
