Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls is Now Available, If You Cared

Written by James Farr - "So I was one the many that anxiously awaited the release of Diablo 3. With the coming release of such an iconic franchise many people doubted any game could have lived up to the expectations, and unfortunately they were right. Now after almost 2 years Blizzard has released an expansion to their genre defining game titled Reaper of Souls." (Diablo III, Diablo III: Reaper of Souls, PC)

I was so disappointed when D3 was originally released - probably all time my biggest disappointment in gaming. A huge let down that was obviously designed to extract as much money from people as possible.

However I just gave it another shot. Started a character from scratch. The 2.0 patch does make a big difference and improves things a lot.

It's still no Diablo 2 - but it is at least pretty enjoyable now. And you don't need to buy the expansion to enjoy the benefits of the updated Loot tables and other changes.

I think I'm gonna give it a try on the PS4 when it releases. Since I've heard that it was built with focus on a console...maybe that's why it wasn't a huge success on PC.
