Wow, Animal Crossing did that good?
Not a fan of the franchise, personally, but that's still impressive.

I wonder if this will convince Nintendo that they need a new Animal Crossing for Wii U?

I'm not a fan of Animal Crossing, but I don't HATE it like Mario vs Donkey Kong.

It depends on how well the first one does on the Xbox One, and how well the Xbox One does by the time Titanfall 2 is even announced.

Of course it won't. Com on, put two and ttogethter; It is published by a large publisher like EA. I have both systyems but I will definitely get the sequel for XB1 due to me having paid for Live already and love the speed of the network thus far.

I doubt that Titanfall 2 will stay X1 exclusive. EA will not let additional profit to fly away like nothing..

If MS get the big fat cheque book out, anythings possible, all we can do for now is speculate but if MS decide they want it they are without a shadow of a doubt in a financial situation to make that happen.

Exclusive to xb1 and pc is already a contradiction.

EA stated in a kinda way the next TF will be published by them but wont be exclusive to Xbox one hinting at Ps4 witch is what it needs.
They took gamble on titanfall didnt realise just how well it do now they eating alot of loss profits for not doing multiformat. But next TF2 trust me EA Do not like loosing money.

Agreed. Giving away copies of Titanfall for free just to sell the Xbone is definitely not the way EA enjoys doing things. Granted, MS is paying for all those free Titanfall copies (downloads) to EA, but considering the PS4 has sold 3:1 ratio as of this date must really irk EA investors (as with Respawn).

The next version will be multi-platform. Using Titanfall as a dangling carrot just to sell more Xbones as compared to releasing Titanfall multi-platform was a big financial gamble and mistake.

Not a chance. EA regrets the first one being Xbox and PC only.

Does matter if titanfall stay Xbox and PC exclusive. I mean its not currently breaking record or anything. The media reception was great and all but that was it

F that how about they concentrate on Titanfall one and give us some new maps ,modes , guns/perks for our Pilots and Titans.
People like you and me made this game a success by buying it EA get your act together and look after the customers.

I think it's too early to tell really. I'm sure MS will dig deep in their pockets and try to get the deal from EA again like they did this time. Not to mention that Respawn continually states that this game cannot run P2P and will need a large dedicated server/cloud compute support backbone, which would require a huge update by Sony....not impossible, but depending how fast TF2 comes out, more unlikely if it's less than two years.

Hopefully TF2 isn't rushed. EA/Respawn didn't miss out on as much money as many would like to believe by not releasing on PS4. True, they would have made more money, but considering that PSN doesn't have the network support in place at the moment, and MS handed them a huge sum of money to keep TF exclusive for life means that I'm sure everything worked out fine.

Either way, it's too early to tell yet if it will be, but what is nice is that TF2 will be developed with next gen only in mind, and the hardware will be even easier to work with, making an already amazing game even better. TF2 will almost assuredly release after Halo 5 and the next holiday season when console sales even out, so lost sales will be nearly non-existant, and MS can afford that gap. Not to mention that using cloud computation services will be much easier and more efficient by then. Respawn has stated several times that they love MS as a partner, and without them they never would have gotten the game off the ground, so even if it's not exclusive, I'm sure there will be benefits of staying on XB1, esp since it's a MP only game, and XBL is a much more robust network.

Either way I look forward to the game, and I'll be playing it on XB1, but I don't mind if PS4 gamers get a chance to enjoy it too...it's an awesome game.
