Cool Bits - Super Mario 64's Penguin Secrets

GameXplain: "The Penguins in Super Mario 64 are hiding quite a few secret easter eggs. We kidnap penguin babies, depress World Champions, and even teach some baby penguins a lesson to uncover them all in this rather diverse episode of Cool Cool Bits!" (Retro, Super Mario 64, Wii U)

What does the mom do when you toss it off the cliff?
abbyrose  +   370d ago
Gets mad and runs after you armed with a very disapproving look. Actually she just chases you for a second and then totally ignores the fact that you just threw her baby off of a cliff.

Wow what horrible graphics. It's no wonder the original Playstation dominated back then.

Gameplay > Graphics

No matter if it's the N64 or Playstation(Hell even the XBONE).

Go back to playing Knack. No one wants your console war bullshit up in here.

how can you hate on mario 64
Vegamyster  +   370d ago
The N64 is more powerful then the PS1.

Yes killzoner99 we all know that good graphics equal a good game......smh brainwashed idiot

Eh, the graphics for each system are different. Ps1 had better textures, but more jaggies, worse draw distance, and choppier animations. I find n64 games a lot easier on the eyes myself, never saw any game on ps1 that looked as good as perfect dark or conker's bad fur day.

And mario 64 is one of the greatest games of all time. Just saying.

N64 had much better graphics than PS1.
Kryptix  +   370d ago
Your comment doesn't make sense. N64 had the better graphics, Playstation had the better memory for games due to the disc format.

And Mario 64 was the shit and still is now.

Many n64 games looked better, especially first party games. Nintendo always performs well regardless of hardware, its in their DNA.

"Dominated" Keep telling yourself that. Losing doesn't mean domination.

I am a huge PlayStation fan but I have to say this has to be the best and one of my.favorite mario games ever. It took mario to a whole other level. I wish they would make a part two to this. Something like how mario galaxy was but not in space.

I never knew that the racing penguin gains weight if revisited after 120 stars.
