Are Triple-A Developers at the Final Checkpoint?

MP1st - There’s a wave of change sweeping the gaming landscape. Indie developers are quickly becoming the titans of the industry because they are giving gamers something more than sequels. While it might not mean triple-A developers are done for, the communities behind their games are gaining more control than ever before over the kinds of games they create. (Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, Battlefield 4, PC, PS3, PS4, TitanFall, Xbox 360, Xbox One)

im sure that if AAA games die a huge chunk of consumers would move on from gaming, or if not many are being made it can make consumers get over their gaming fix
