BioWare studio director, Yanick Roy, has recently apologized for the lack of information on the next Mass Effect and game master, Aaryn Flynn, ensured that BioWare can’t wait to bring back the Mass Effect universe.
Don't worry, EA will make sure you bring it back quicker than you wanted to and only 3/4 complete at that.
I think they'll have more time this time around after the ME3 ending debacle. Think positive! Just like with all this extra time given for DA3.
I think so too. I think these debacles have been enough to convince the necessary people at EA that it is more important for a game to be of the highest quality when it releases even if it takes longer. That way they can milk a great deal more cash out of it after release. All things consider, EA should have made a lot more money off of ME3 and especially DA2. But instead the games got rushed and stuff was overlooked leading to gamers having very harsh feelings for those two games despite them being fairly solid even if they where rushed. I am really looking forward to seeing how DA3 turns out. With The Witcher 3 getting pushed back to February 2015 the door is wide open for Bioware to dominate with DA3 provided it has all of the polish and story design we all expect.
I don't see why the original ending of ME3, was criticized so much, there was no proof that shepherd was alive when that man was telling his story, he could of told his story many years after all the events of ME happened
I can't wait to find out more about Mass Effect 4. The first three games are some of my favourite games of all time. Also, now that The Witcher 3 has been delayed Dragon Age Inquisition is my most anticipated game this year.
it's BioWare... they won't disappoint. i still play the MP portion on PC like it's crack and i need a daily fix. i've put over 500hrs into that game...
They're quite focused on Dragon Age Inquisition right now. It'll be released at Fall 2014. Maybe that's why thinss with Mass Effect are going slowly. Just a wild guess 8besides the quality focus stated here).
Yeah man, I really hope they bring that multiplayer back. When ME3 came out, I was afraid the multiplayer was just going to be some tacked on nonsense, but then it turned out to be one of the most fun multiplayer experiences I've had in a long time. I was seriously surprised by it!
I pray that you're wrong. The whole EA thing is definitely a double-edged sword. On the one hand PlayStation people finally got to play the Mass Effect series, on the other hand it's friggin' EA.
Well they could have it 5/4ths complete and take that 1/4th that was good out for a bad ending that should have never existed.
Well just kidding around (hopefully) and looking forward to another awesome installment some day.
They don't have to feel sorry. Just make sure the game is kick a$$. And bring something substantial to E3.
cant wait for mass effect 3 completely redone with good ending
The extended ending was perfectly fine. It completely made sense to me anyway.
Sadly that's not going to happen. Its one of those situations where you will have to deal with it and move on.
I cannot wait to see the first pieces of information on this game, even info on the story would make my day.
Agreed, right now we only know Shepard won't come back and that exploration and multiplayer will become huge features. I wish i knew what the plot will be about.
I can't wait to get back into Mass Effect!!! One of my favorite franchises, even though the ending wasn't that great, it still doesn't negate the fact that all three games were fantastic.
All was well until that last 10-15 minutes or so. Still overall a great game. I admit they did remove some features like flushing toilets on the ship in ME3 though. I feel like they rushed the last bit of development. Hopefully they have it all sorted out this time. Although looking at Battlefield I see it could happen twice. ME4 though will be amazing. Just a few snippets of DA3 gameplay showcase the graphics potential of Frostbite 3. I expect by 2015 we could see massive improvements to the engine on the current platforms. I expect ME4 teaser at E3.
Yep. I can't disagree with anything you said.
