The file size for the PC version of Titanfall is massive, and it's all because of intentionally uncompressed audio. Here's what Respawn could have done instead.
30GB of uncompressed audio. My question is: Why for f*ck sake?! Talk about been stupid. They said "Respawn intentionally left the audio uncompressed to limit the amount of processing power your computer would have to do, but it would only be tough for low-end machines to manage." I don't buy this history. Audio processing is not that demanding.
