Rumour is it'll only be two hours long - so it will be interesting to see just how rich the game-world is in terms of replayability.

I suspect there will be a crazy amount of DLC drip-feeding into it too.

One_Eyed_Wizard1354d ago

I'm not convinced we'll see a lot of DLC for Ground Zeroes. Phantom Pain maybe but probably not GZ. Kojima has never been one to add DLC before. Of course, MGS4 was released before the abusive dlc practices and PW was on PSP so maybe he just never had the opportunity.

Wizard_King1354d ago

I don't like the whole idea...

vishmarx1354d ago

its more of a mgs simulator tech demo.
its more than 2hrs.more like around 6-10.
most 20$ games are like this

KyRo1354d ago

2GB, the same size as the average demo... I'm getting it on PS4 anyway even with all the negativity surrounding this release.

vishmarx1354d ago

prepare to be blown away by the graphics and gameplay.

CrossingEden1354d ago

Someone on youtube who's uploaded the full game said that it can be completed in 30 minutes. It's weird, going by the youtube videos it seems you can control the camera during some cutscenes.

PrinceOfAllSaiyans1354d ago

Obviously you've never played a MGS game before. That control the camera feature is old.

-Foxtrot1354d ago

I think you can get DLC bigger then that.....The Last of Us Left behind was 3 - 4GB

yewles11354d ago

Left Behind was 5.3GB actually...

-Foxtrot1354d ago

Bloody hell...

Honestly how can people defend this game.....i mean demo

It's the tanker missions basically from MGS2, why do gamers let devs walk all over us. We used to have so much back then

THamm1354d ago

If you remember back in 00-01, that Metal Gear Solid 2 demo was worth every penny of 59.99, and Konami threw in ZOE free. Ithink this one as well will be worth it alone once you see the graphics alone, I heard they are suberb on all systems

wolokowoh1354d ago

Naughty Dog is a huge game in terms of download size though. Look at them next to Infamous 2. 40 for U3, 15 for Infamous. The demo for TLOU which like 15 minutes was bigger than Ground Zeroes. However GZ on PS3 is going to be compressed a lot more.

Greysturm1354d ago

Its actually quite easy to defend. People want to play it and dont mind the cost (in whatever form its presented), basic demand principles.

Its like that demo that was packed into Zone of Enders for MGS2. Only this time they figure heck you won't even play the game you buy for this demo disc anyway so we will just sell you the disc alone.

Crazyglues1354d ago (Edited 1354d ago )

Ok it is kinda small but I'm going to try and give it the benefit of a doubt.. And hope it turns out to be really good..

-But yeah that is kind of small..

Infamous 2 DLC is 3 GB

SnotyTheRocket1354d ago

Someone played it for 9 hours, and got only 30% of everything done. Stop being ignorant.

It's the equivalent of what the Tanker section was on MGS2, and that was given away for free with ZoE.

I'll wait until this is sub £10 on PS4 before even thinking about it. I imagine there will be loads traded in.

yewles11354d ago

The ZoE demo was 1/3 the tanker mission, and was free with a very underrated game. This is worse...

WeAreLegion1354d ago

Well, at least they lowered the price.

One_Eyed_Wizard1354d ago (Edited 1354d ago )

Except it's 2gb, right? Isn't the game supposed to be like 10 hours? I guess you're just bad at math ;p
