When I think about some of my all-time favourite games, I realise that part of the reason I love them so much is because they feature beautiful, diverse soundtracks.
Some unique choices there. And while I haven't played flOw, I have enjoyed the soundtracks from their other games quite a bit.
Yes, it's only my personal associations with that particular game that stopped the soundtracks from games like Journey being up there :) flOw is absolutely beautiful, though.
There are a ton of great indie games that, in my own opinion, have very good soundtracks. Braid comes to mind, Unfinished Swan was great and I really loved the few tracks that Crayon Physics Deluxe had. I'd recommend each one if you haven't already given them a go.
