Namco Bandai have for us the launch trailer for Dark Souls II, a day before it's North American release.
Dat cheesy music. I really didn't expect that music, especially considering the silent, somber opening. Anyway, I am super excited for tomorrow! I'm ready to die... a lot.
I'm with you about the music. Definitely doesn't fit the game. My goodness though, I'm so psyched for this!
You shouldn't watch it in the first place . You deserve that bad tailer :P . Anyway , it's already midnight here so it will be online in the morning . I will sleep early :P .
yeah... I would've gone for a more intimidating and/or sinister music. This music kinda makes it seem like Dark Souls is going out of character and doesn't take itself seriously anymore. As though it abandoned immersion and instead realized it was just a game where people are going to have fun dieing a lot. That's just the trailer, though. I'm not at all worried about the actual game. It's been a very, very long time since I've been this excited and hyped for a game release.
its the launch trailer so they're catering to a western audience to get sales from those who don't know or normally play this game. Its a cheap tactic, but the actual game won't reflect the song choice.
this is the worst trailer for dark souls very bad music not belong to the game and its atmosphere
While I tend to vacillate between feelings of wasted time and beheld perfection in regards to this series this does look like it will be firing on all cylinders.
Can't wait for Dark Souls to consume me once again. Praise the Sun!
I'm soooo ready for this game!
1 day... in 1 day i will be invanding you all...When you see me, I'll have your heart spiked in my spear ... no mercy ... only misery awaits you on this journey ... ... welcome to dark souls ... "...from a darkwraith whit easily more than 1000 hours in Demon/dark souls..."
Speaking of songs, this is perfect for tonight: https://www.youtube.com/wat...
