Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix Finale Highlights and Final Thoughts about the 1.5 HD Remix Version

Gamigon Live says

"Last night I finished up Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix on proud mode live on the stream. It was just as epic as I remember it. The confrontation with "Ansem" was just as cool as the first time I fought against him. I have to say, that when a game throws in three final bosses in a row like Kingdom Hearts does, it gets the blood pumping. Here are my final thoughts about the HD version of the game."

Kh1.5 was hard as hell to get the proud mode trophy, speedster trophy, and no weapon change trophy all in a single play through. It sucks you don't get the beginner mode trophy by beating the game on proud mode, doesn't make sense.

I tried getting a platinum for this game, but I just couldn't go throughout with it. It takes an awful lot to complete an action rpg game let alone to beat it without dying or changing weapons. I did get the ultimo weapon and defeated all the bosses. My main goal was to beat Setheropth because as a kid I was never skilled enough to do so.

I don't think the platinum was too hard, just time consuming. You have to beat the game three times, as the difficulty trophies don't stack. The hardest for me was a few of Gummi Ship missions. Atlantica Lv 3, EOTW Lv 3, etc. Other than the difficulty trophies, you can do all the hard trophies on Beginner. I did the Gummi Ship missions on Beginner, but the levels I mentioned were still a pain. You gotta know how to build different Gummi Ships for different missions. Some are better for smaller ships, some bigger. Still though, I was very proud of my platinum.

Re:CoM on the other hand... I've already beaten both Sora's and Riku's stories on Proud, so the hard part is done. But the game is such a drag. I might come back to it someday though, preferably at least a month before KH2.5HDR comes out.

Which Kingdom Hearts games should you play

Kingdom Hearts has exploded. While Kingdom Hearts III is only the third game in the trilogy, it is one of many titles that rounds out the series' lore. It is a lot to take in, and people might not have time to go through all of it. Fortunately, Michibiku's guide is here to help! To help better illustrate what is going on and what people should be playing, here is the full timeline going through when every game happens and if someone should watch or play through each one.

1/2, Birth by Sleep, and Dream drop distance skip the rest.

Chain of Memories and 358/2 have a lot of important stuff that lead into KH2. Otherwise you'll be Really lost at beginning of 2. You can easily find a videos of all the cutscenes of both games so you dont have to play through them all the way.

Wouldn't actually say Chains is necessary before going into 2 since you know just as much as Sora. While I do like a lot from 358/2, aside from a few things it's mostly world/character building Days came out after 2 anyway and would take a lot of mystery away. Maybe I'm just trying to simulate how I experienced the story but in that case I actually started playing 2 first lol. Cutscenes should be sufficient for sure.

I'd through 0.2 in there as well just cause it's so short and has a decent amount of information. What the hell did Mickey mean?
