Masamune Shirow’s Art for Fire Emblem, RF Online and More Featured in New Artbook by Dark Horse

The massively popular mangaka and illustrator behind The Ghost in the Shell Masamune Shirow has worked on quite a few games during his career, and the upcoming artbook Intron Depot 5 Battalion to be published by Dark Horse will feature some of that work. (Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon, Nintendo DS, PC, RF Online)

When will Shirow continue GitS and Appleseed? This past years he only done artbooks. Some are awesome but the rest felt like hentai...

He's always done that erotic stuff.

GitS is a true masterpiece. I'd love more in that world. Hell, isn't it time for another game? I have to say, it wasn't perfect, but I enjoyed the hell outta SAC on the PS2.

Yeah i knew Shirow always done that stuff. All of his girls are super badass-hot chicks and they always pleased my eyes (heheh). But this past years his artbooks became focused on the erotic stuff. Hopefully Shirow not forgot to continue GitS & Appleseed, considering both manga doesn't have proper ending, especially GitS.

About new GitS game, i second that! I love GitS on PS1 & PS2 and we got the new anime ARISE, which i personally enjoyed...even though it's not on the same level of the movie / SAC and some fans hated it because they don't like younger Motoko with flat boobs XD
