Assassin's Creed Freedom Cry Review | HDD

With all of the grace of one the world's largest video game publishers, Ubisoft has deftly spun the appeal of 'Assassin's Cry IV: Black Flag' DLC, 'Freedom Cry' from its DLC existence to a stand-alone title with nary an addition, something hardly worth doing for the garden variety shoestring single player DLC. 'Freedom Cry' also provides a stellar way for those unfamiliar with the franchise to experience the best of its current product and is perfect for those who haven't played 'Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag' at all. Even so, Adewale's tale only scratches the surface of what could have been. (Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, PS4) 4/5
