Nintendo has announced the games/demos/sales out on the North American Nintendo digital platforms today.
Every week I keep clicking on these stories, hoping to see a classic SNES game or something similarly appealing to buy. And each week I'm disappointed.
I love my 3DS. I'm about to buy a Vita as well. When I compare eshop vs PSN it's not even in the same ballpark. PSN offers a much larger and great variety of quality games. * The thing is, Nintendo has the library of games to actually be better than PSN, but they just won't for some reason. * Easily 100+ SNES & GBA games I'd want to play and would buy.
I know, right? How pathetic is it that a huge swath of gamers can only experience timeless classics like Chrono Trigger or Final Fantasy VI, simply because the only version of those games commonly available are the craptacular PS1 ports Sony has on the PSN. Nintendo does a lot of things I just... can't understand. At all. But their treatment of the virtual console service takes the no. 1 spot as most inane.
i know exactly what you mean.
Nice to see Knytt Underground going 50% off. Been thinking about getting it but now it's a no brainer!
I'm curious as to why the Wii Us VC doesn't at least match the Wii's from the get go? Why are they trickle releasing again?
