Plants Vs Zombies: Garden Warfare first free content in March

Plants Vs Zombies: Garden Warfare will receive its first DLC in March, it has been revealed.

Senior franchise marketing manager Gary Clay said that the third-person shooter is being considered as "a service", with free content updates responding to community requests.

"We haven't announced what the content's going to be, but we're looking to expand the gameplay experience significantly," he told Digital Spy.

"We will be listening to the community for the types of content they want to see, and then we'll continuously update that.

"One of the things that we're going to be doing is updating our in-game billboard on the menu screen, a dynamic billboard that we can [use to] communicate with players." (Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare, Xbox 360, Xbox One)
