Quick Review: Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze | CouchSquad

Nintendo has released their first major title of 2014, as Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze hit stores yesterday in North America. As a fan of the original Donkey Kong Country series on the SNES, as well as the Wii’s Donkey Kong Country Returns, I was more than a little excited when I got word that Retro was taking yet another crack at the classic platforming series. After spending several hours with the title, I’m happy to report that Tropical Freeze is yet another classic platforming title that every Wii U owner needs to get their hands on.
