Could Nintendo be moving stock for a new bundle?

LOL_WUT3716d ago

Soon they'll be giving them out for free. This just further proves how Nintendo is struggling to sell the system ;)

KwietStorm_BLM3716d ago

Do you put a damn smiley after everything you say?

Mario Kart 8 Bundle & Super Smash Brothers Bundle hopefully.

Mario Kart Bundle makes perfect sense.

I think the wii game sold like 38 million.

Geekman3716d ago

First they say there will be no price drop, now they release 3 bundles on sale. What's going on?

swice3716d ago

We are thinking of permanent price drops. Not just sales

BoneBone3715d ago

These are retailer sales and offers, not an official price drop.

Geekman3715d ago

I never said it WAS a permanent price drop. I said I think it's odd how they're offering so many deals despite the fact that there's never gonna be one anytime soon. Read the text. (Now I know how Shokio feels.)

BattleN3716d ago

If I had the cash on hand I'd pick one up

Geekman3716d ago

Imagine you rush to the bank, get the cash, and get it one second before Midnight? Oh dang. I watch too much cartoons. CURSE YOU, SIMPSONS!

BattleN3716d ago

lol bubble up for the image you placed in my mind

cyguration3716d ago

There's a such thing as ATMs...

mochachino3716d ago

If that came with Mario I'd get it. I feel the Wii U is worth is at 200 with a game but not more.

LAWSON723716d ago

If you think the Wii U is only worth $140 clearly you dont want one to begin with.

mochachino3716d ago

Don't care that much either way. More excited about other games but for that price can't really go too wrong.

CaulkSlap3716d ago

I wouldn't recommend anyone get one with just 8GB internal.

LAWSON723716d ago (Edited 3716d ago )

Doesnt the Black Wii U only have 32GB, clearly you may need a external drive either way

DC7773715d ago

Yeah this is the bundle I got. I like white and I saw lots of nasty black fingerprint covered game pads in videos. Anyway I knew 32gb would only cover one decent game download anyway.

Anyone want some Skylanders?

Gemmol3715d ago

black one come with a digital deluxe program, where you get points for each game you download, which turns into cash to spend on another game. I earn a lot of money, but here is the words from Nintendo them selves

The Deluxe Digital Promotion allows players that have purchased the Wii U Deluxe Set to earn points when they purchase downloadable games. Points can then be exchanged for activation codes that can be redeemed to receive credit at the Nintendo eShop. Downloadable content purchased in the Nintendo eShop on Wii U will earn points equivalent to about 10% of the software's purchase price in the Nintendo eShop. For example, a game priced at $59.99 would earn 599 points. For every 500 points earned, participants will receive a code worth $5 in credit to be used in the Nintendo eShop, for either Wii U or Nintendo 3DS.

deafdani3715d ago

If you are serious about digital purchases, then neither 8 GB nor 32 GB will cut it, you will need an external hard drive anyway.

That's why I bought the 8 GB version. I wanted a white Wii U. It works pretty well with my 2 TB external HDD. :)
