Octodad: Dadliest Catch Review - Pixels for Breakfast

Pixels for Breakfast writes: Sometimes there comes a game that’s just so ridiculous, it springs to many people’s attention. Tokyo Jungle on the PSN was that game in 2012. Last year it was Surgeon Simulator 2013. Now, this early in 2014, it seems Octodad: Dadliest Catch is likely to take the coveted mantle.
Octodad: Dadliest Catch is actually a sequel to the indie sleeper hit Octodad, which was released for PC in 2011. The sequel was quickly regarded for being one of the first success stories of the Steam Greenlight service soon after its previous iteration’s release. The development studio, Young Horses, has worked hard on the game for almost three years, and it was well worth the wait, despite its short-but-sweet givings.
