Halo: Spartan Assault Review | HDD

Recently, Microsoft looked at their new platform and realized that gamers just weren't too keen on it. The solution? Leverage one of the most popular game franchises. But whether or not 'Halo: Spartan Assault' really helped to bring gamers to Windows 8 and Windows 8 phones is no longer important as the game has finally made its way to more popular venues. Understanding that virtually any genre privy to guns and bad guys, that 'Halo' technically works as a twin-stick shooter isn't surprising. (Halo: Spartan Assault, Xbox 360) 3.5/5
