Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep Has Given Hope For Final Fantasy XV

Pixels or Death writes about why playing Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep makes some of the things announced so far about Final Fantasy XV make a lot of sense. They write things like:

"This concept reassures me, as a lifelong fan of the genre. Modern console RPGs aren’t cheap, or easy, to make, and it’s good to see some developers figuring out how to put things together. Lightning Returns, the last game in the Final Fantasy XIII trilogy, might not be perfect, but it shows Square trying to branch out, to apply these handheld lessons to console releases. To make videogames that we can get excited about." (Culture, Final Fantasy XV, Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep, PSP)

"Birth by Sleep isn’t really a good game". That made me question this article.

I read the first few paragraphs and this author just bashes on Birth By Sleep for having issues upon issues from camera angles to combat. I reckon BBS is the best Kingdom Hearts at the moment.
And the reason I think FFXV will succeed is because Tetsuya Nomura is directing it, most if not all the games directed by him have been good.

I loved Birth by sleep, but i really can't stand the camera set up like most psp games. I can't wait till the 2.5 comes out in north america.

The camera in pretty much all Kingdom Hearts games. Don't get me wrong I love all KH games to death, but that camera... is just sooooo bad.

Too bad it isn't on the Vita, would have liked to play it. Guess I`ll just get the KH 2.5 HD
