Battlefield 4 Review - AMHNetwork

"If you’re looking for a great campaign first person shooter, I won’t beat around the bush, go elsewhere, but the multiplayer is where Battlefield shines. Excellent dynamic maps, incredible depth of play with levels of multiplayer strategy not seen in its competitors, and constant reasons to return make it an incredible package."

Should get a lower score with all the problems it has.

I keep encountering the same issue I experienced in BF3. I play a round, get a decent score and an unlock. The next round begins and it's as if the prior round never occurred. It's frustrating to invest time for a payoff and then this occurs. It has happened so many times > 20 that I cannot keep track.

I agree, I really want to give more time to this game but the issues with multiplayer have kept me away

I'm still laughing at the fact that DICE thought giving us a pistol (that sucked btw) would somehow make amends for the terrible state this game released in.

Another review that echoes all the others - "campaign's bad, multiplayer's good", the awful state of the latter is washed over and the game gets a score it doesn't deserve. The technical aspects of this title are a shambles, and it gets a 4/5. This is further proof that the way reviewers 'review' desperately needs to change.

Paul James, if you're reading this, honesty means everything. The fact you've written this review to please EA, rather than guide your readership by delivering the truth, means I will not be returning to your site in future.
