Why are These Games Not on Vita?

Chris writes, "A long while ago I wrote about PSP games that, for one reason or another, are unavailable on the Playstation Store. That was an article full of factual information and appropriate research. This article will have neither. This article is my fanboy dreams and hopes against hopes."

Having those games on Vita wouldn't make a difference making the Vita a success.

Yes, some of the best games out...won't help a by your logic console's success has nothing to do with their games?

Wii.U says hi.

Go back to your cave troll, you reek of desperation.

The Vita needs games that target a wide audience. Having dark souls on it would prob be an amazing feet, same with Bioshock...I mean we're already getting borderlands 2!

FTL is absolutely amazing and so is don't starve.

Vita, Home to Indies, portable shooters and awesomesauce.

If you own both the 3Ds and Vita you have a very well rounded gaming availability.

Super defense shields on, you reek of justification.

The Vita has a large range of games, from fighting, sports, indies, RPG's, shooters and niche titles.

The same excuse of Vita needs games is lame since it has a huge library of games. How many games does it need?

If you think the Vita has the amount of games seen on the 3Ds you have got to be delusional.

A lot of Vita's games were released in Japan only thus far.

reek of justification? Isn't that a good thing?

It has a handful of sports games...1 NFL, 2 soccer and 1 Tennis that does have it's fair share of indies but this is all new.

All these niche titles you mention aren't a global release for the most part.

If you think with the catalogue it currently has, is a healthy amount then I pray you never distribute your own system.

PS3 never saw recovery until it started getting games...this isn't opinion. It's fact.

Also let's not rule out the fact that it needs more triple A games. The Vita is full of pure potential that no one has dipped into.

With Playstation Now coming I gaurantee you there is no reason why not to see a postitive spike in Vita sales.

To have Ps1, ps2, ps3 and soon ps4 on the vita through any 5 Mbps connection should open a new age of benefits. For 200$ I can do all that.

That being said, it won't replace physical gaming on the device...not for a while..but at least people now have healthy alternatives.

100$ for Vita TV and steam any game...think about how many poor income families being able to afford that for their kids.

Hate for any console is pathetic. That's like being angry over which coffee you prefer, and hating hazelnut flavor. Just play the console you want. I prefer Dreamcast over anything else and it's considered one of the biggest commercial flops. Yet it's niche and cult following is some of the strongest.

This why Vita doesn't SELL
"Yes, some of the best games out...won't help a console..."

Vita is handheld not console.

kB01634d ago

The vita TV is though;) lol But people do treat it like a console, this is especially evident in reviews where it's constantly being compared to a very high bar.

Sony would have to care about the Vita first. I love mine. I hate Sony for not loving it, too.

MajorGecko1634d ago

I love my Vita also, but I do get the feeling Nintendo puts more effort into their handheld i cant deal with the single analog stick tho so I'm on Vita.
