Inside China's Military-Style Camp for Treating Online Gaming Addiction

China is the first country to consider internet addiction a clinical disorder. It has become a nation-wide concern and the government has stepped in to regulate – or at least try to. Internet addicts are taken into one of the 400 military-style camps and literally put behind bars guarded with soldiers. Pitting the addicts into rooms with nothing but a bed and window. The addicts are mostly teen-aged males, dressed in camo uniform. The "treatment" is a 3-4 month long process including physical military drills, therapy, medication and other activities.
