Hideo Kojima Shows Beautiful Illustrations from Metal Gear Solid V’s Special Edition Novelization

Hideo Kojima has been in a sharing mood lately, and today he released two illustrations from the novelization book that will be included in one of the Special Editions of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes. (Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One)

Which special edition is this? Is this the Disc only PS3 or 360 North America day one gamestop edition? Or the Japanese PS4 or Xbox one Disc based Sony store day 7 midnight release?
I'm pretty sure I read that this graphic novel is only for Japan. I hope that he gives it to North America and Europe as well. The West deserves to have this too. We make up the largest portion of MGS fans.

Well that's hardly supposed to be a surprise, that the entire continent of North America and and entire continent of Europe put together have more fans than Japan does is it?
When I said we I meant North America. I should have specified better. I think we deserve it. There is no reason it should only be exclusive for Japan.
