I'm drawing a blank kind of looks like a Rayman Legends background?

Spenok1464d ago

That's where I would put my guess. Hmm, makes you think about character possibilities as well :D

Actually, it reminded me a bit of a Trine 2 background for some odd reason...

Its part of the single player.

"To be clear, the new Super Smash Bros. games do not feature a story mode like The Subspace Emissary."

BlackWolf1464d ago

It doesn't have to be a Subspace Emissary-eske single player mode. It could be akin to the Adventure Mode introduced in Melee (You go around stages, beating enemies and bosses with no story driving you around the objectives).

I just want Travis Touchdown, Bayonetta, shulk, and lloyd is that too much to ask for Nintendo!!!!!

WeAreLegion1464d ago

I think Bayonetta would be awesome. Travis Touchdown is a great character, but they should stick to exclusives, in my opinion.

BlackWolf1464d ago

Well, Xenoblade is owned by Nintendo, so Shulk is a possibilty. As for the other three... well that's up to Grasshopper, Sega/Platinum and Namco, respectively. Altough, PG (at least Kamiya, until people pissed him off)has stated they want one of their characters onSMash, so Bayonetta could make the cut (or The wonderful 101, as it's a Nintendo/PG IP).

Could it be Metroid-based? I can't make it fit anywhere else, being an alien looking forest with futuristic platforms.

It looks like its from a boy and his blob.
