MCV Writes: "Spain, Germany and Swedish consumers powerless to Rockstar's charms as title hits No1"
even despite being SUPPLY CONSTRAINED http://www.google.com/trans... PS3 version of GTA4 has outsold the x360 version 2:1 in GERMANY/SPAIN/FRANCE and ITALY
GTA IV ruled last week. Congrats Rockstar. PS2 is still going strong in Sweden!
I know a lot of European countries did not get enough PS3 versions. I've hear of people hear in Denmark who had pre-ordered the game had to wait a week to get it. I will be interesting to see what the next weeks brings. When supply constraints should be a thing of the past.
Thanks for bringing the console war into this discussion in the VERY FIRST POST. Because we TOTALLY need to discuss GTA4 sales on the PS3 vs. the 360 AGAIN. The two dozen articles before this weren't enough. Is it really so hard to talk about gaming and games with getting into fanboy arguments?
I don't get it bro. Console war??? What else is there to say? Oh, Click the link, look at the pretty GTA IV's and say, "yep"? No, click the link, and report what you saw. Ding-ding-ding! On a side note, I have to check the spelling of your screen name everytime I reply to your wonderful posts. :)
Wii Fit outsold the 360 version lol.
The DLC just didn´t do the trick...
Swedish r cheap!!!!!
it would be interesting to see proper numbers, because my grandma could have predicted that GTA4 topped charts in Europe with the PS3 version on top
im from sweden and im waiting for my copy of gta4
Next time order from here: http://se.konsolinet.fi/
Europe = Ps3 Most of us already predicted/know this I still lol @ MS "celebrating" in the UK
rules every continent
I think it says a lot about the state of gaming that the Wii Fit is sharing the sales charts with GTAIV and not necessarily in a bad way. The gaming market is big enough for both types of games to coexist. All three consoles too if you count both versions of GTAIV. By the end of this generation, I'd give even odds that more than one console sells 100+ mm units.
