Might not be able to wait on a price drop, these deals are too good to pass up. I'll just set the games aside until I get the Xbox One. Ryse and Forza look beast.

Time to get Dead Rising 3.

You can get them at a even lower price if you get them at Best Buy and have the Gamer's Club Unlocked.

Dead rising 3 is awesome. It may not have some of the wow factor that other launch games have, but if you play games for fun this one won't let you down.

Might as well check them out

you don't own an xbox one so why comment?

Microsoft should consider selling the console for $400 without kinect.
xNomaD  +   562d ago
That would be great, I would pry pull the trigger and grab one if they did.
christocolus  +   562d ago
I know there will be a price drop very soon,i think they are working on that and will announce something soon but i would rather they keep kinect and find some other way to reduce the price. I enjoy using the device alot and i know most of my friends do too.

I cannot see that happening. The timing is terrible, x1 is selling well enough, and the ms 180 was only 7-8 months back and still fresh. A year or so after launch? Maybe a kinectless x1. Sony is doing well, but ms isn't circling the drain just yet. It would have to get to dreamcast-esque failure before ms would push an x1 with no kinect so soon after launch.

yeah. Pretty sure selling 3 million + 1 (just bought mine two weeks ago) consoles isn't pressuring them into doing a price cut so soon. The console is doing more than okay. Sorry, keep dreaming.

Kinect is my favorite part about the console so far. I was anti-kinect up until a week after a bought the console and thought, "i'll give it a try." Haven't unplugged it since and don't ever plan to. X1 without a kinect would be a ps4 minus the graphics. Why want an XBOX 1, then?

I'm sure ill get trolled over the graphics part, but so far the games i've played on both look far better on my ps4 (ghosts and battlefield 4). Still, though. Both consoles are great. I just dont get the kinect-less people. Its like a "dont knock it til you try it" thing. Which, i was guilty of.

Not to burst your bubble and not that I 100 percent agree with christocolus and jacobvogel, but it's all about perspective.

Numbers are less important in this scenario, at least, Microsoft's own numbers. It's the fact that Sony is outdoing them sales-wise on their home turf that should be concerning to them, as the US is where Micro had any real strength. The sales they had overseas were supported (as well as in the US) by the year difference in release dates. That doesn't exist this time around AND they are at the higher pricepoint to boot, it is doubtful they will have anywhere NEAR the impact they had when they ran "unopposed" and at a cheaper price.

Just my analysis, nothing to do with whether I like or dislike a machine.

Your thoughts?

Not sure if I wanna pull the trigger on Thief preorder. I would love some reviews on it.
TheXgamerLive  +   561d ago
Definatley buy Thief. Thief III deadly shadows was my fav game on Xbox, so i know this will be great. If your a stealth fan then a big yes.

Anyone else notice the game prices are dropping down faster than expected?
mhunterjr  +   562d ago
I'm tempted to get Ryse, I'm waiting until the inevitable 'complete edition' of Forza 5.
hduce  +   562d ago
Get Ryse!!! Ignore the reviews. It is a very good game especially at that price. I bought the game for $39.19 at Best Buy with the weekly deal price and Gamers Club. I also bought Forza and Dead Rising 3. Forza is good but Dead Rising 3 has me hooked.

I already have dr3. It's a great game, I put in over 80hrs. I stopped playing it for a while, to get some time with ac4 until the dr3 dlc comes out.

I have a personal rule against buying games unless I get at least 1hr per dollar spent. I'm not totally convinced ryse will get me 40 hrs. I am tempted to break my rule though.

No doubt forza is a great game. But I won't buy the dlc, not enough bang for my buck imo. So I'll wait until it all comes packaged together.

This is the price CoD should have sold for at launch, friends duped me into buying that dreck even AFTER I played it for free...

My last CoD... it has been ruined.
