No, Zelda Isn’t Dead In Japan… But It Could Do Better

Siliconera "On December 26th, 2013, The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds was released in Japan. The game sold 224,143 copies in its first week, and sales tracker Media Create have shared with Siliconera that launch sales represented an 83.47% sell-through of the game’s initial shipment."

Yeah, it could do better.
But there's really not much higher it could go without selling out entirely, so I'd call selling through over 3/4ths of its initial shipment a win in any case.
Especially if the game proves to have legs, as the saying goes.

I am a very big fan of that Zelda but it hearts me to see same numbers as Phantom H. or Spirit T. I think it worth a little bit more attention and more chances from the Japanese...
