Sucker Punch released some great new media for their upcoming title, Infamous: Second Son. Are you ready for Delvin?
It may be OT, but your avatar rules.
A weird screenshot. I thought this is GTA V. What screenshot is this?
If you watched either the initial teaser or even most of the gameplay/demo videos it is recognizable. The checkpoints are shown or mentioned in practically every video in one way or another. Its just this one is clear weather where most have been more overcast. The CES gameplay video showed this one I believe.
Yes, i know that is checkpoint, but graphics quality are weird. Look at this : http://ps4daily.com/wp-cont... http://mygamerpad.com/wp-co...
If you look at the shadows on the one linked by sackboy, they look weird and looks like it could be artwork. The Pictures linked by imt look much better and I hope this is the real ingame screen shot. Everything looks better including the NPCs. Or one could be ingame cutscene and one could be ingame.
First screenshot is better. http://static.ow.ly/photos/... But that one showed a bit of an improvement in the lighting.
Definitely, nice HD shot of it. This game is gorgeous, it's like the Scarlett Johansson of video games. Scarlett Johansson in "He's just not that into you" in particular.
Damn, this game looks so gorgeous!
This game is to buy on the fly. I hope it comes out soon.
It comes out 21th March. Prepare your wallet!
Already pre ordered it... haha screw you watch dogs ill just get this instead
Simply awesome. Can't wait for play it.
This is the first truly next-gen looking game on the PS4, can't wait to see it on my screen!
Killzone SF was easily the first next gen looking game on PS4, but i agree that Infamous SS does look amazing.
Well of course Killzone looked better than last gen, but it's not a huge step up.
dillhole you obviously never played it then.
@thehitman I have it. I am not impressed. If your standards for a "truly next gen" experience are satisfied by Killzone SF then you don't have very high standards.
Who the f*** is Delvin? lol
It's the main character of Infamous: Second Son.
@Alexious No that's Delsin.
LoL, Alex, it's Delsin
Yeah, it was just a typo...Of course I meant Delsin!
Looks really good graphically talking but the gameplay is cane of repetitive to me. I will wait for the order to buy my ps4.
Yea I second that looks good but it seems like they just took all the animations (the gliding, melee, etc) and put a fresh coat of paint on it. Albeit a very nice coat of paint. Oh well that's w h at gamefly is for.
Repetitive? Having multiple powers doesn't make the game repetitive, in fact it adds another layer of gameplay where you can mix and match powers on the fly without having to pause into the menu and switch powers. inFAMOUS 2 did this very well and it looks like Sucker Punch has done an even better job of making it easier to switch powers whilst playing, so you don't have to pause the game and lose all that adrenaline. Not to mention you can actually CHOOSE to be the good guy or bad guy, ADDING even more replayability to the game, and your decisions affect things like how AI reacts to you when you walk on the street as well as the ending of the game. Also @jukins, you really must be blind to think they copy pasted the animations of inFAMOUS 2, considering the fact that they have brand new powers that have brand NEW animations. Just go look at any gameplay using the Neon power.
I agree, the best part is you can also make different combinations.
How can you say that it is repetitive, when we've only seen very short gameplay videos?
Agreed, let's wait until we judge on that front.
How can you say is a must buy game if you only have seen a short gameplay?
I've been more impressed by some of the screens of Second Son because the low-bitrate video doesn't do it justice.
http://static.ow.ly/photos/... F***in' wow @ that puddle.
hey guys remember when graphics like these use to be hi res CG
Yeah! Graphics made some giant strides, and it is only the beginning.
I hadn't given it thought until now, but paint could be a pretty cool power, absorb graffiti off walls and such. I don't know to what extent its use would be but I imagine there'd be quite a few creative ways to do it.
