SteamFirst Preview: A Small Step into Endless Space

SteamFirst: If you have ever been to a spa and had your feet soak in warm water while a beautiful woman gently massages your forehead temples as you drift into a state of bliss surrounded by ambient music, then you might have some idea how it feels to become addicted to Endless Space; the first 4X space strategy title from Amplitude Studios (released July, 2012). The relaxing music, the simple interface, the soft click of every command you give to your fledgling empire and the impressive space board all combine with a decided lack of action and stress to make establishing an empire as much a chore as a nice nap with a well-fed kitty kneading your back. (Endless Space, PC)
