Agreed! That just "WOW!"'d me. MY ambition is to have learned enough Japanese by release that I can play this in Japanese! :) (Assuming the Western release is later than the Japanese release...)

@Alethian

Hey I'm almost the same. I'm around JLPT1, but this game probably has some of the hardest kanji and expressions (classic Japanese) like Ryu Ga Gotoku series, so it's going to be a challenge to play this.

You probably know this already: I recommend a really good electronic dictionary for writing Kanji that you cannot read (you can write kanji on dictionaries and they show the on/kun-yomi). This way you can learn while playing!

I'm thinking of buying this for the PS4. It looks like loads of mature games are coming out recently in Japan. Ryuu Ga Gotoku Ishin, Drag-on Dragoon 3 and Nobunaga no Yabou Sou Zou are probably my next adult games!

I will buy and play it but it will be in English. I should learn Japanese in any case. Why not right? Though I don't have the time right now and I want to learn Thai first because I want to go to Thailand to further my Muay Thai training.

why this dev ignore PC gamers don't know, these kind of game flop on console

cleft53752d ago

Unfortunately, the answer to that question is probably piracy. There is something to be said for selling a game on a closed platform. Also, these games do sell on consoles when done right and this game looks fantastic.

You do realize that the PC version has already been released in December, right?

Abe would you kindly hand him your handkerchief, so he can wipe that egg off of his face?

Razjin3752d ago (Edited 3752d ago )

yea but the pc version is a japan release as is the ps4 so unless you know some Japanese then you won't be playing it and cleft5 is right to a certain extent.

SharnOfTheDEAD3752d ago

Clearly never played the Kessen series

CrossingEden3752d ago

I'm sorry but this game doesn't look fun to me at all. Grap is right, this type of game better on pcs.

desertpunk863752d ago

i will be surprise if it can handle 60fps on ps4.

NatureOfLogic3752d ago

Already confirmed 1080p 60fps.

wynams3752d ago

troll harder, already confirmed 1080p 60fps

modesign3752d ago

this game reminds me of kessen

DeadlyFire3752d ago

Well its made by the same people. Looks kinda the same so yeah its basically a new Kessen. I personally liked those games on the PS2. Its been awhile since I have seen a new one.

Best Buy lists Nobunaga’s Ambition: Sphere of Influence for PS4

Nobunaga’s Ambition: Souzou, or what we’ve previously translated as Nobunaga’s Ambition: Creation, might be getting localized for PlayStation 4.

A Best Buy listing for a PlayStation 4 game called Nobunaga’s Ambition: Sphere of Influence surfaced today. Given that there’s only one Nobunaga’s Ambition title for PlayStation 4, it’s safe to assume this is the localized title for Creation.

The game, which launched in Japan in December 2013, is also available for PlayStation 3, PS Vita, and PC, though Best Buy doesn’t list these versions.
