10 Things To Try in Forza 5 For Xbox one

OXM - Forza 5's Drivatar system is great, but you'll probably need to up the difficulty more than you expect to, even if you're not the most seasoned racer. Racing like this not only allows you to earn credits faster, it also makes the game much more enjoyable, as you'll be encouraged to drive more aggressively and push the car to the limit in order to get ahead. Am I the only one who doesn't like the Drivatars as they currently are? It feels more like online racing with being pushed of the track on straights and rammed from behind in corners. For me it doesn't feel like real racing where drivers abide to rules and have awareness of what is going on around them to avoid crashes instead of causing them.

Give a friend a friend a lend of the game who isn't interested in the series. Get them to just constantly do doughnuts for 5 hours. Then play against their Driveatar and realise it is all complete bullshit when their Driveatar never does a single doughnut ever and just goes ahead and completes the race.
But seriously though, its not complete bullshit but the Driveatar does not work the way I have had to listen to idiots think it does. It is essentially "Ghost Data" like the fighters in Tekken that patterns are recognised. In Forza's case it simply either makes the AI "Driveatar" you are up against 1 of 5 difficulties and that's it.

Omg.....really, really....REALLY?? The concept of drivatars isn't for being exact copies of the player but....capture how the player reacts to certain ordeals. What do they do when on a straight away. What do they do when in the lead. What do they do when in last place. How early do they break. How quickly after breaking do they press gas. You clearly never got what Dan was talking about at E3 so you just made your own conclusion.

How many good passes, how many perfect passes, how many good turns, how many perfect terms, how many minor crashes, how many major chrashes, lateral g's into a hairpin, lateral g's into a minor chigain, how many g's during accelaration, how many g's during deceleration, fastests speed, average speed, etc..... Go into your drivatar settings you will see the many many factors that are involved in calculating your drivatars ability to drive. Sadly doing donughts for 5 hours is not one of the drivatar settings.

That said, I've come to realize my friends are crappy drivers.

I like the Drivatars way more than CPU AI. But it can get rough for sure.
