PG's top 10 best PS Vita games of the year - 2013 edition

In its second year, the Vita was embraced by an audience no one ever expected it to be embraced by. Yep, the indie crowd.

The work of independent developers makes up a large portion of the titles in the following Game of the Year list, with subjects ranging from dangerous expeditions underground to romps through a stylised Mexico. (Culture, Dragon's Crown, Guacamelee, Killzone Mercenary, Persona 4 Golden, PS Vita, Spelunky, Tearaway)

Tearaway is amazing. Just wish it was longer. If I want a game to be longer, I really enjoyed it. I played most of the games on the list... It bugs me when people who don't have a Vita say "Vita has no games", when there are some amazing exclusive experiences on the handheld.

Two free maps (assuming they're going to be a psvita version of Blood Gracht and Tharsis Depot) coming to Killzone Mercenary in a January/February 2014 update.
