The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds Review | Corsual

Corsual's EXP writes: "The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past was my first Zelda experience. It wasn't the first Zelda title (it was actually the third); however, it was the first and only on the Super Nintendo, and the first I borrowed from That Older Guy With All The Video Games Down The Road A Bit.

It was a turning point in my youth; before it, my gaming experiences were limited to shooting things in space or jumping on them in oddly colourful worlds. And it wasn't until shortly after that I started my journey into JRPGs like Final Fantasy and Chrono Trigger. With A Link to the Past, I was introduced to something entirely different - a hybrid of sorts, a completely open-world RPG filled with items to upgrade, dungeons to delve, secrets to uncover and intense 2D boss villains to destroy.

I was blown away. Much the same as I was last week when I picked up the half-sequel, half-remake A Link Between Worlds on the 3DS to discover that I was about to begin the same journey all o... (3DS, The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds) -
