Buy games rented by God only knows how many people without being able to see the specific disk before hand? No thanks.

PS3 games should be fine, even my original Motorstorm blu-ray disk that came with my console looks like new.

I've bought before, and they were fine. Granted mine were for PS3. Cases are in good shape too because they were only handled by the employees.

Just picked up Remember Me for $15. Amazon still has it for $23. So the pricing is really good when GF has their sales. It's worth the risk.

And, if you're that concerned or end up with any disc/case you're not satisfied with, there's a nice little trick to fixing that. Go to your local Gamestop, find one in better condition, a day or so later return the one you don't want. They have a 7 day return policy, no questions asked.

Surprisingly the games I have bought from there have all looked pretty new. They were both 360 and ps3 discs. Plus the boxes and manuals are all pristine. I still do not buy from them unless the prices are just great.
