By Damien McFerran -

Project CARS creator Slightly Mad Studios couldn't be more aptly named. This independent developer is taking on the might of Gran Turismo, Forza and The Crew with a game that boasts a brand-new and untested funding model and is being developed via constant feedback from over 35,000 different users at any one time. (PC, Project CARS, PS4, Slightly Mad Studios, Wii U, Xbox One)

Well Andy Tudor has been saying their having problems on ps4 saying single cores are not powerful enough so they are using 4 cores and this makes it harder to develop the game,on WiiU they have everything singing on 1 core like they do on pc,also a pre alpha tester from wiiu version said without being optimized yet the wiiu cpu made an i5 sweat ??? also Andy Tudor just said on NintendoLife tht the wiiu version is extremely promising.........

http://www.nintendolife.com...

It sounds like the WiiU is matching the very best pc version with only a few super high level graphics that may hear that may not make the cut.....wiiu/pc version will be best versions easy...he also hasn't complained about xbox1 so ???

Dream on buddy. Wii U's CPU is based on Wii's, and is nothing to write home about. Easily the weakest CPU of the bunch. Wii U's hardware is easily a generation behind the PS4, Xbox One, or PC. What you will see on that version of the game is not going to be in the same league as what PS4/XO/PC have, unless the game is deliberately coded to not take full advantage of the other systems. The developers will have to make plenty of cuts to make this game run on that hardware.

You're taking a couple of vague comments from the developers complaining that console CPUs aren't running single thread tasks as well as PC CPUs do, and them having to take the time to break those tasks up so they can run on many cores instead, and twisting it into Wii U > PS4/XO. At no point did they mention that Wii U's CPU handled the game any better (it doesn't), or that the Wii U version was even anywhere near as CPU intensive as the other versions due to the cuts made.

Seriously, that is some of the most convoluted "logic" I've ever seen. Like, desperate fanboy grasping at straws with a tear in their eye logic. You should go work for Microsoft as a PR spokesman... That's Albert Panello/Major Nelson level spin right there.

Edit: Oh, by the way, saying you're right doesn't make you any less wrong. Even if you repeat it.

Go to NintendoLife and scroll down ???? Andy Tudor has only good things to say yet on ps4 their using 4 cores and still having problems sort of tells even a fanboy that wiiu's cpu is very much nextgen....Shinen have Fast Racing Neo using 8k textures and at Native 1080p using 1 core,ps4 hasnt even a game in development using 4k textures let alone 8k textures and at Full HD 60fps Hmmm

WiiU is showing it's teeth and their Whiter than ps4's....

Wow, I thought you couldn't go any lower with the ignorance, but you just beat yourself. It's bad enough that you're so desperate that you are willing to make things up to justify your cause, but it's even worse because you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. It's funny, but in a sad kind of way.

Call of Duty runs at 1080p 60fps. Killzone's Multiplayer mode does as well. Flower, Resogun, Dying Light, (possibly) Drive Club, Warframe, NB2k14, Fifa, Blacklight Retribution, DC Universe Online, Injustice: Gods Among us, Diablo 3... and the list keeps on growing as more games are announced. All at 1080p, using as high or higher res textures than any Wii U game.

Keep on with your little pipe-dream.

No, the Ultimate Racing Game would have
150-200 GT and LMP Cars
40-50 Tracks across the Globe
Damage Model
Pit Stops with Animation and a real Strategy aspect
Great AI (because we all know how most humans drive online)
weather effects
30 Cars on Track
Great Graphics and Sound should be obvious.

I want a Game like this.
