5 Previous-Gen Multiplayer Games That Should Be Remade For Next-Gen

MP1st - "I’ll admit, next-gen life isn’t as glamorous as it’s made out to be. After hype for both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One’s launch – along with their not-so-extensive list of first- and third-party launch titles – has died down, I find myself staring into an empty abyss of non-existent next-gen multiplayer games asking myself, 'what do I play now?'" (Borderlands 2, Crysis 3, Grand Theft Auto V, Halo 4, PS3, PS4, The Last Of Us, Xbox 360, Xbox One)

I'm sure Gearbox would cash in on Borderlands 2 for current gen. They already did it previously, so why not?

ps3 version free with the ps plus so why not lol its already on ps plus ya know.

I don't think you understand. :)

I meant they're going to cash in on the PS4 / Xbone.

It would be better to play Skyrim on PC than next gen. Because there are tons of mods that will never be on consoles. You can also play Borderlands 2 and Crysis 3 on PC so there is not really no point on porting them to PS4 and Xbox One when the player base is low.

MAG &WARHAWK. Imagine MAG with 512 players or WARHAWK with 64-128. *Mind-Blown*

God of War: Ascension should have its multiplayer component remade as a standalone release for PS4 and be free-to-play.

It's a truly great multiplayer experience with loads of potential to be even better in future. If it ran on dedicated servers, was locked at 60hz and had a few more big & small maps it would be flipping magnificent.

I'd rather have Halo 3 with no host advantage. One can dream.
