Are Money Driven Executives Sucking The Life Blood Out Of The Gaming Industry

In light of the recent legal claims filed against EA by an investor, and the recent PDF report showing thousands of shares had been sold prior to the release of Battlefield 4. Maya Mayfield from PS4.sx wants to know if money driven executives are sucking the life blood from the gaming industry?

Yes absolutely. They ruined Battlefield 4 for me, just couldn't get into the game, kept crashing so I gave up and traded it in for COD: ghosts instead.

Frankskint3779d ago

Sadly, i have to agree. Wish they had taken a bit more time like other developers did with their games before rushing this out.

You know it's funny as much as people complained and were unhappy with Driveclub, and watchdogs being delayed to next year, issues with Battlefield 4 only proves why its best to get it right first time or not at all.

You're talking about EA: your point is invalid. Or all too valid.

patelsanjeed3779d ago (Edited 3779d ago )

Yeah I guess you are right. Can't really compare EA to Ubisoft. Two different leagues entirely. I did actually read somewhere that Ubisoft will never release a game unless the entire team gives it a thumbs up. Maybe EA should have taken a note from their book.

Godmars2903779d ago

Since Atari and ET. What's your point?

Mikelarry3779d ago

i really hope EA loses the court case. i remember before new gen started a lot of these publishers/ developers were all saying how last gen smoke and mirrors would not be repeated once this new gen consoles are delivered. i hope they lose bad so that it can send a message to all these other greedy corporation who want to charge premium but expect us to settle for un-rushed gutter crap
