Metal Gear Rising "looks really good on PC" - Platinum Creative Producer

Talking on Twitter today, Platinum Games’ Creative Producer JP Kellams spoke briefly about the PC port of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. (JP Kellams, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, PC)

Looks the obivous train came in
To bad it doesn't look like MGs 5.. :(

That is what we want.
MGS5 is just as much of a joke to the franchise as Rising was. I'm still waiting for another REAL Metal Gear that actually has David Hayter voicing Snake and doesn't have jelly filling the screen and regenerating health on top of slo-mo when you're caught (among other casual inclusions).

Rising was already the first step to crapping all over the canon and MGS5 will be right behind it in ruining the rest of it.

Hate to bring something more obvious, but mgs5 is a hideo kojima game... the metal gear solid 5 is the a true sequel and the series wont go back to what u want it to be.

Unfortunately I was not able to play it on consoles, the PC version looks given the new dlc and buy it immediately.

Same, hopefully it will be a good port; it could open doors for more ports of Platinum Games.

Then release it.

Don't care about this game at all -- release MGSV on PC and we'll have a deal. (I know Platinum isn't doing MGSV, just sayin')

interesting that a japanese developer like platinum is releasing stuff on the PC

Maybe they eventually release Bayonetta on PC as well. :)
Alexious  +   368d ago
That would be awesome. Really.

well if this gonna sell well, who knows :) I would love to

I would Buy That Game. I'd love to see Platinum join the slowly growing list of Japanese devs that release PC games, and MGR is a great start!

Will definitely buy this definitive version

Well he is not going to say it looks like crap now.

Would prefer MGS V or other MGS game that haven't been release on PC than this.
Alexious  +   368d ago
This is a good game, although quite different from the main MGS series.

I honestly though that they had scrapped the port, seeing as it was supposed to be released this summer. Glad that's not the case.

One of the best hack n slashers from PS3\X360 Gen.. Game is good and challenging...
Feralkitsune  +   368d ago
good, but not challenging. Once you get the parry down; it's very easy.
Venox2008  +   367d ago
try on hardest mode
Feralkitsune  +   367d ago
@venox, I did. Played it on PS3 at launch.

Would have been funny if it were never announced on PC and they said this just to be jerks. Been waiting for this for a while now. Skipped the console version, aside from the demo. Hope it supports 144Hz and has lots of graphics options—especially like turning OFF any post AA.
