Having played through the PS4's launch titles, what else is there on the platform?
i have a ton of games so I'll be busy for a while currently playing: 2K14, Madden, Killzone, Resogun, DC: Universe and i just got AC:BF and BF4
***I mean, I love my PS4. Don’t get me wrong, its just that I also enjoy having a decent variety of games that I like to play. I like having a choice. Right now, there isn’t much of any.*** Some articles have me wondering if people are new to the start of a new gaming console (I mean, seriously, every single console or device that can game has this issue) or they just like talking about the same thing over and over.
yeah i don't get it. no worries, i'm good at till Infamous SS
I still have plenty to play so im not complaining. But if i run out i always have my PS3 with Plus to turn to.
Pretty much this. PS Plus is a godsend.
BF4 multiplayer is a blast to play. ;)
COD, 2K14, Madden, KZ:SF, AC, NFS all have multiplayer
Everyone doubted me when I said both would suffer from early droughts just like Wii U did (and most new devices) Maybe DriveClub drops in Late February like rumored to make it a little easier on us PS4 early adopters
Everyone? Try to stay away from absolutes when writing. It blocks you in.
Okay, yes i'm exaggerting but still this drought is coming as a huge surprise to a lot of people despite logic indicating that they should have seen it coming.
That's why I kept my ps3! Dark Souls 2 and Borderlands 2 here I come!!!!
Drought? Ive barely touched assassins creed, only level 9 on BF4, only about 3 hours into Killzone and havnt even touched warframe.. ohh and about 6 hours into need for speed rivals....
Why is everyone surprised? This happens every gen. The new consoles won't start cooking until spring time. People act like games aren't in development. The only console I remember without a launch drought was Dreamcast. We all have Infamous, Destiny, Watch dogs, Titanfall, The order, and many more games coming; Be patient.
i'm still playing through ghosts and knack... and also resogun isn't getting stale for me yet... i still haven't even opened killzone, assassins creed, and nba 2k. i should be good for a few more months. plus ps3 is still churning out a lot of stuff for plus, so the ps3 will make do, as well.
I've kinda bought everything, and am kinda feeling the drought. I'm almost looking at buying Ghosts now :$ And was even watching Skylander Swap Force videos this morning - which actually looks amazing btw :P I believe I'm growing desperate for nextgen goodness. *greatness (mind you, I don't touch sports games)
I think ppl missing his point, i kno he said launch titles but i believe he was refering to exclusives since all other games can b found on the other systems now and in the future. So after killzone and knack wht else is there??
i got 3 games with my ps4 .. and all of them have online multiplayer. so i got that to fill the gap between games. and also as most gamers do i have a huge back log of games on other plattforms.
The problem is everyone goes running towards the ps4, and leave the ps3 behind like it never existed, and in that case why have BC to play ps3 games when you forgot all about the ps3 system itself.
Ur BC argument is superb :)
Honestly, I'd be more open to playing PS3 games, if I could get them on my PS4.
Consoles out for barely a month and people are already complaining about a drought. Some people need to be slapped upside their heads.
I would rather have a next gen drought then going through the RROD and PS3 Launch again. Next Gen is here to Rock, give it some time.
I'm perfectly content with Blacklight Retribution, Warframe, Killzone and Resogun plus I have huge back catalog of free PS+ games. The only games on my radar for PS4 are Drive Club, The Division, Destiny and Order 1886. I also made the bad decision to buy Ghosts but I barely play it as I've played maybe 6 matches online and that game is a joke.
