Zoo Tycoon Review | Destructoid

Not all simulators are created equal. While some let you dabble into the tiniest microcosmic detail like individual wages of specific levels of society, others are content to let you roam free in a zen garden-like state. (Xbox 360, Xbox One, Zoo Tycoon) 7.5/10

Playing this on the 360 atm, it really doesn't deserve the Zoo Tycoon label, it is so dumbed down. I felt no nostalgia at all playing this. Its more about being a Zoo keeper than being the creator of the Zoo, you are so restrained of customisation and control of the appearance of the Zoo. The graphics are good, especially the animals models and animation. It is a good zoo keeping game, just I don't think it fits the tycoon series well.
