OTL Gaming discusses how it doesn't matter who "wins" the console wars as long as gamers encourage competition within the industry, which in turn, promotes innovation.
Everyone's a winner as long as you didn't get a broken console. Both systems have their strengths and weaknesses. As long as YOU like it, that's all that really matters.
Meh eversince Xbox rise, JRPGs were left in the dust. If PS3 was as successful as PS4 the day it came out, most Japanese devs wouldn't be thinking twice if they should release on PS3 outside of Japan. I want PS4 to win because I don't care about innovation, I don't care about parity, I just want the games that mattered to me. Competition didn't matter to PS2 and yet it still became the best era in gaming of all time.
