Gematsu: The PlayStation 4 user interface is smooth, fast, and gets the job done. But there are a number of little things bugging me that I’m hoping Sony will address in the near future.
"The PlayStation 4 user interface is smooth, fast, and gets the job done. " That's all i want/care about. UI aesthetics is small issue to me. Simplistic and fast = win.
That's true, and it will only get better from here. The transition between game and interface is butter smooth. Everything is where it needs to be. It's game focused. No clutter. All access.
just trying to find faults for clicks lol
Those are valid issues. While small, if they were there, it would improve usability.
You can never please everyone. Smooth, fast, gets the job done. Perfect.
No. I would suggest reading it. I wrote these in hopes Sony would take notice. And that if the general consensus was agreement, they might consider to addressing these issues.
I'm curious how convoluted it's going to be when we get a lot more games. Maybe a small tweak in the UI could help that. *I also don't like how it switches around putting things I used last... first. They should make that optional. *Also, I cannot find out how to make my Avatar have a comment like on PS3. *You'd think that Sony would have put in the ability to hide trophies we don't want to see. *and lastly (for now) why so much advertising for PS plus? I would love to see no PS plus ads for people who already have it.
