"The next Assassin's Creed could integrate ideas similar to the connected worlds found in Watch Dogs."
As much as I love Black Flag right now. I have to admit 80% of why I love Black Flag is because it's a game about pirates, and the main character is really awesome, not because it's an Assassins Creed game. I didn't fare as well with Assassins Creed 3 and stopped playing about 25% of the way through. I'm going to give it another shot, but really I don't think it's going to fare much better this time. These games really are in need of something new gameplay wise. It's really in danger of becoming a yearly slog that dips into your wallet like COD if they plan to just keep churning out sequels with the same old engine and the same old formula. I want more. I want the world of Edward Kenway mixed with elements of Skyrim, rather than just new items to gather next time around. Granted, watch dogs sounds really awesome, so hopefully what they learn from it can breathe life into Assassins creed, assuming Watch dogs does turn out to BE awesome and not just look it.
