IncGamers reports that Walder Frey from Game of Thrones/Filch from Harry Potter/William Hartnell from An Adventure in Time and Space - otherwise known as David Bradley - has joined the voice cast for The Mandate and will be portraying Lord High Admiral Suvarov.
Despite significant delays and dropped features, Perihelion is scaling back their vision for The Mandate even further. Kickstarter backers have had enough.
