Today in History: November 17th, 2003- The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition Gamecube is Released

Triverse writes, "Other companies should take note, this is how you build up popularity and demand for a new game in a series. The Legend of Zelda: Collector’s Edition featured The Legend of Zelda, Zelda II: The Adventure of Link, Ocarina of Time and Majora’s Mask both from the Nintendo 64 PLUS a 20 minute, or so, playable demo of the next title in the series- The Wind Waker. Still have my copy, lol.

These deals seem like good collector's items. They are not cheap to acquire.

Same here. Its the one game with out a doubt will never leave my collection. I don't even own a GC anymore.

Snookies121488d ago

Neither do I, my friend. Neither do I... Still, it's one of those gaming treasures that's just nice to own...

Nice man, I still have my copy as well! Someday my kids will be old enough to enjoy these games for themselves.

@ghostTurtle same here about the GC, but that's a major reason why ill be keeping my original Wii.

I still have my copy as well, but I also have my GC. Wait a minute I still have the NES, SNES, N64, GC, Wii, & Wii U. I just can't sell them.
