GameSpy: Brain Voyage Preview

The DS has become something of a clearing house for the supposedly new brain-training genre, but few of these (if any) can boast the pedigree of Brain Voyage. Although the somewhat thin travel theme may not be anything resembling exceptional, the unique puzzles devised by world-renowned brain-bending mastermind Dr. Reiner Knizia provide the real draw.

For those of you unfamiliar with Dr. Knizia's work, he's become famous for creating board games, many of which are now undergoing conversion to home consoles (Xbox Live Arcade's upcoming Lost Cities is a great example). Now, this kooky puzzle master brings his trademark blend of math and logic to the DS. (Brain Voyage, Nintendo DS)
