the best time is to wait 2 or 3 months after a console is launched to see from other people if there are problems.

A better article would be titled "Why consoles need new hardware every 4 years"

Life is too short to wait. Both of my last gen systems didn't break. Plus there's a warranty right out of the box.

Yeah, there's nothing "must-have" coming out for a few months anyway (for either system, honestly).

And funny enough, the two or three launch games that ARE good will still be available those few months from now.

This is how it always happens, though. Publishers feed into the console war hype because historically (and ironically), launches are the least exciting times in a consoles life.

Because I already have my PC, and would gladly wait for a price drop and Naughty Dogs PS4 game.

It's like you read my mind. I'm gonna stick to my PC and one current gen Console. I'll wait to see what Naughty Dog has to offer. Their games were the highlight of PS3 in my opinion.

Why I Shouldn't Wait To But A Next Generation Console At Launch:

I want one, and I can get one. And 24 hours from now, I'll have one.
