The Next-Gen Launch Lineups: Strengths And Weaknesses

The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One are nearly here, and their respective software launch lineups are finalized. Do both systems offer something for everyone? Game Informer breaks down the software lineups by genre to see how the early offerings compare. (Dead Rising 3, Forza Motorsport 5, Killer Instinct, Killzone: Shadow Fall, Knack, Madden NFL 25, NBA 2K14, Need For Speed: Rivals, PS4, Xbox One)

I hate delays but on the other hand I am glad that publishers are actually not rushing games just to meet the launch dead line. Watch dogs and drive club will both be much better games with extra 4-6 months of development

Launch lineup overall is much better than in past generations, sports games especially are launching full fledged and not half ass efforts like EA has done with madden

I don't like them either, it would be best if they didn't announce certain games as launch games or several years before they release.

I'm still waiting on the last guardian.

Oh well gotta play the waiting game.

Last guardian will be a ps4 title releasing fall 2014
