Hardcore Gamer: The OUYA has been a godsend for indie games that would otherwise fly right under the radar and Soul Power is the latest example of that. It's a creepy puzzle-platformer with dark humor and interesting controls.
AppAdvice - Soul Power ($0.99) by Gabriel Koenig is an adventure game that features a ghost who is new to the afterlife. In a city named Corpatria, there are other ghosts like him. Some of them remember their previous life. Others are a little addled. You must help the ghosts and unlock other parts of the city in order to learn about your previous life.
